Chiropractic care is safe for most pregnancies unless you have vaginal bleeding for unknown reasons, preeclampsia, or are at risk of premature labor.
Routine chiropractic care can help manage pain in your neck, shoulder, back, hips, with other joints and establish pelvic balance. That can give your baby as much space as possible throughout pregnancy.
